Survivors come to us every day looking for exactly one thing: an attorney in their state who will believe them and fight for them. If that's your practice, we want you in the alliance.

Membership

What Alliance Members Get

  • Qualified referrals from survivors in your state seeking civil representation for abuse and serious injury claims.
  • A listed member profile on your state's alliance page once your application, including the bar standing you report, has been reviewed.
  • A survivor-first standard: members commit to free consultations, trauma-informed intake, and contingency representation for survivor cases.

Membership requirements: active bar license in good standing in the state(s) you serve, civil plaintiff practice that includes abuse or serious injury cases, and agreement to the alliance's survivor-first standards. Submitting an application does not guarantee a listing.
